Making a Purchase – Click and Collect

We are open Saturdays and Thursdays for click and collect.10am – 4.30pm

Walk ins also very welcome

Orders must be made 24 hours advance.

 

Please read all information below.

There are some restrictions on the farm due to recent avian flu outbreaks in the country

Where possible please make your purchases through the website for Click & Collect, Walk ins are welcome we also have a large poultry store selling all the essentials.

Our website is updated at the end of each business day. Click on the product to see if in stock (if in stock how many) or out of stock. If it is out of stock it is not here at the farm. If there is an issue with your order we will endeavour to get in touch with you as soon as possible.

To Make a purchase  Please order 24 hours in advance for collection.

  • Go to the page of the products or poultry you wish to order select sex/type/colour and  number add to cart.
  • Once all your items are selected go to the cart.
  • For collection you can then choose a date and time this option is selected at the cart (Currently Thursday and Saturday only)
  • ON OCCASION WE MAY HAVE TO OFFER A SUBSTITUTE FOR ANY PRODUCT YOU MAY HAVE ORDERED.

Click & Collect

Arrive during your chosen time your order will be boxed and ready.  Please check your order is correct at collection.

  • Please ensure you leave the date and time you are collecting your order if you have ordered via Click & Collect.
  • If you do not leave a date then your product will not be ready.

If you cannot make your collection within our opening times of 10:00-16:00 then please contact us. Preferably via email with your name, order number and contact details. Please do not leave voicemails if you are running early/late.

Product Delivery Service – this service is suspended for all but smaller items . We do not deliver poultry .

Up to 2kg we use Tracked 48 hr service
over 2kg we use parcel force ( although this is subject change at short notice)
